Smith's Polynesian Luau

While on the island of Kauai, we decided to partake in a Polynesian Luau. Oddly enough, the place was called "Smith's" which didn't sound all that ethnic to me, but was great nonetheless. We arrived there at 5:00 pm where we were told to wander/tour the gardens. From there they would remove the pig from the ground and prep it for dinner.
