This was the daily "Friends of Dorthy" meeting with other gay members on board. On the upper right in the love seat sits "Alexei" supposedly from Russia.
Later during the week we find out the Alexei's real name is Austin and he's a hustler who lives with his real burth parents in Alabama who's only 15 years old looking for free smokes, beer, and free dick. It's sad when you trust someone only to find out that they're a pathological liar.
